A story, a reference photograph or a favourite colour can begin the conversation. Tell us the occasion, how you will wear it and your hoped-for date.
02
Choose the materials
Together we consider pearls or jade, fittings, colours and dimensions in relation to your design and preferences.
03
Refine the design
We turn your ideas into a proposal, discuss its shape, proportions and details, then refine and agree the final design.
04
Bring it to life
Once materials, craftsmanship and timing are agreed, we arrange production and keep in touch about the key details.
05
Check and deliver
The finished piece is checked, carefully packaged and sent with guidance on wearing and caring for it.
EVERY PIECE BEGINS WITH A PERSON
Four stories, made personal.

Pearl in her palm
A coming-of-age gift
For her daughter’s eighteenth birthday, a mother wanted a personal keepsake: a jade hand holding a sphere, expressing how precious her daughter will always be.
Shaping the wish
Together we considered the white jade, dimensions and the sphere’s proportions, then translated the sketch into the lines of the palm and fingertips. When the first piece’s jade fell short of our hopes, we made it again.
Growing up, still cherished
The finished carving holds a round sphere in an open hand—a reminder that she can find her own way in the world and still be held in love.

Gilded Years
An anniversary, and herself
At fifty, she chose a bespoke golden pearl pendant for her twenty-fifth wedding anniversary: a meaningful keepsake that would also be a piece she truly loved.
Choosing and refining
After listening to her wishes, we selected a pearl with warm colour and a soft lustre, then considered the setting’s lines, connections and overall proportions.
Made for everyday affection
Interlocking circles hold the golden pearl and the sentiment behind it. Through discussion and refinement, she chose the final design—a reminder of an anniversary she could enjoy every day.

A Mother’s Grace
Her mother’s choice
A daughter wanted a jade pendant for her mother. From the first conversation, she wanted her mother’s preferences to guide each decision.
Working with the jade
We considered the jade’s colour, texture and design direction together, drew the design onto the stone and gradually carved it. Photographs and videos kept them involved as the piece took shape.
Care in the final choice
We made an additional piece so they could compare and choose the one that felt right. The finished gift carries both the warmth of jade and a daughter’s thoughtful attention.

A Cherished Companion
One of the family
A client wanted a jade cat for her own much-loved companion—a personal gift expressing the care she feels for this little member of her family.
From sketch to keepsake
From the sketch and outline on the stone to the rounded face, curled body and little tail, the carving gradually gave that affection a tangible form.
A gentle response
When the cat met its jade counterpart, it leaned down to sniff it and reached out a paw. It may not understand a bespoke commission, but it knows the daily care behind it.
